By checking this box, I agree that I am a competitor over 18 years old, or I am a Parent or Guardian over 18 years old for a minor entrant competitor I am providing permission to participate.

For good and valuable consideration including participation at the Loch Norman Highland Games to be held in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I agree and assume all risk of personal injury including death, and damages to personal property arising out of participation in the event. Furthermore, I understand and agree that in the event of accident or injury, I will pay my own medical bills and that I, my successors, my heirs and assigns will forever hold Historic Rural Hill, Inc., its directors, officers, and volunteers, Mecklenburg County, all other sponsors of the events and their insurance companies HARMLESS from all claims, causes of action, costs, and judgements for claims of personal injury, including death, and damages by or arising out of involvement in the event. I further agree that any photographs, slides, or video made by Historic Rural Hill, Inc., Loch Norman Highland Games, in connection with the event may be used by the event organizers in any manner. I have read and understand the waiver expressed in this release and agree voluntarily.
