1. An honorarium of $ 250.00 Per Day for Judging/ Drum Major

2. Travel Expenses: Reimbursement will be at the lower of Airfare or Mileage.
   A: Car Mileage will be reimbursed at $0.45 per mile
   OR
   B: Airfare to be arranged and booked by the Judge on economy fare basis.

3. Limo service will be provided by Rural Hill for transportation to/from the airport, to/from the hotel and to/from Rural Hill each day. The limo service must have your cell number to contact you. The limo service phone number will be provided to you prior to your arrival in Charlotte.

4. Accommodations will be confirmed at an area hotel prior to your arrival.  Hotel will be secured by Rural Hill.  Confirmation number will be sent to you by email.  You will have a room to yourself.

5. Per Diem: A cash per diem allowance of $50.00 per day ($100.00 total) will be provided.

6. All of your expenses will be reimbursed on the day of the Games upon submission of expense documentation.

Independent Contractor Agreement

Due to the Nature of its operations, Historic Rural Hill, Inc. occasionally retains the services of independent contractors.These independent contractors are engaged to perform specific, “one – off” services based on particular skills and experiences possessed by the independent contractors.

Independent contractors hired by Historic Rural Hill, Inc. to perform a specific duty, such as listed below, are not employees of Historic Rural Hill, Inc. Consideration for duties performed is in exchange for a completed specific service or project and is not associated with any employer-employee relationship.
